‘Arrow’ season 2, episode 18 preview: Stephen Amell, Manu Bennett center of ‘Deathstroke’

See Oliver -If there is one episode of “Arrow” that really qualifies as must-watch TV, it is going to be next week’s “Deathstroke.” This is the opportunity to really see Manu Bennett’s character at his worst, and he and Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen are going to face off in the biggest showdown for the ages.

Before we do anything else, let us start things off by sharing the official synopsis for the episode below:

“Slade (Manu Bennett) makes his move against Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the repercussions are enormous. While Oliver scrambles to protect his family, a key player in his team starts to question Oliver’s decisions. Meanwhile, Isabel (guest star Summer Glau) makes her move to take Queen Consolidated away from Oliver.”

This is all quite a bit for Oliver to deal with, no? It is certainly made so much worse when the family member at the center of all this is innocent Thea. She is in huge trouble, and Sebastian Blood is going to be in his mask to start to create a little bit more havoc, as well. By the end of this episode, we are going to get a much better opportunity to find out just how much of a trail of blood Slade Wilson is going to leave … and if there is a way he can be stopped. Right now, it’s not looking so hot; not only is he super-strong, but he is also constantly a step ahead of almost anyone and everyone.

We’ll have much more on this episode, including some big announcements, coming up soon.
