‘How I Met Your Mother’ season 9, episode 22 preview: Barney, Robin’s wedding is here!

Have you been eagerly awaiting the big wedding for Barney and Robin on “How I Met Your Mother“? Well after so much waiting, the moment is finally going to be here next week with “The End of the Aisle.” This is the episode that brings us back to the moment that we saw in so many other past finales and premieres, where we saw the two characters panicking over whether or not they should actually tie the knot.

Now that we have been through so much of this wedding weekend, maybe these emotions that these two are going through will make a little bit more sense. You can see the photo of the wedding above, and you can also view the official synopsis below:

“With only a half-hour to go, both Barney and Robin have panic attacks about their upcoming nuptials. Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily rewrite their old wedding vows.”

Basically, this story could have closure for pretty much every character other than Ted and The Mother. “Gary Blauman” brought us a way to say goodbye for most of the recurring characters, and this allows for us to get the final pin on what will happen for these couples in the future. Given that the series finale is all about Ted meeting The Mother for the first time, we imagine that the show probably wants to tie together as many of the other stories as it can before getting to this point.
