‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 21 preview: Is Dylan O’Brien Stiles at risk?

“Teen Wolf” is a show that certainly does like to scare you from time to time, and on this particular occasion, they are doing so with the suggestion that after so many seasons in the role, Dylan O’Brien’s character of Stiles may be no more. He is possessed by something evil, and in a twist that feels very “Harry Potter”-ish when you think about it, the only way to really stop the presence of evil is for him to die.

In the sneak peek video below, you can see a little bit more of what this dilemma is, and how Scott and the other characters are going to have to figure out what they want to do. After all, there is no reason to believe that you can just allow something evil to continue running amok out in the world. A decision is going to have to be made one way or another, even if this is not a decision that many of the parties involved are particularly happy with.

The one thing that makes us feel at the moment like Stiles is going to find a way to survive all of this is the simple fact that three episodes before the end, the show is advertising that someone is going to go before the end of the season. It just feels way too obvious for that to be him, and there are always a number of other candidates who would be far more surprising. After all, remember that Harry Potter also found a way to survive despite logic stating otherwise.
