‘American Idol XIII’ video: Sam Woolf, Jessica Meuse more talk making top 13

Tomorrow night, Fox will have a chance to feature the top 13 singing for your votes on “American Idol,” but before that happens, why not watch another new video all about how they have made it this far?

Below, you can see everyone from CJ Harris to Emily Piriz to Sam Woolf to Jessica Meuse all discuss their satisfaction at having made it this far. It took a lot of talent to have that happen as there are tons of people that come out for this show that have just as much talent. There are so many contestants out there who were probably good, but just not what the producers were looking for last year. Take for instance season 12, when a bunch of guys with guitars were cut out before this point in the competition.

At the moment, we feel like this could be a real battle between guitarists, musicians, and also country / indie artists. Sam, Dexter Roberts, Jessica, and Jena Irene are the current faces in our mind to go far in the competition, though we also know that one really good or really bad performance can change everything. Plus, Jena had to sing for the judges just to even make it to this point… which is something that we are hoping to be a one-time occasion.

We’re of course going to be back tomorrow night with a full review of all of these big performances, and in addition to that, we’ll have a results review on Thursday, and then we’ll be back to do it all again next week.
