‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 7 spoilers: Road trip time for Sheldon, Howard

Here it is -When “The Big Bang Theory” travels, good things happen. Some of our favorite episodes on the show are ones that feature the characters in surprising locales, and that includes the Valentine’s Day themed half-hour from earlier this season that featured the train, and also the vet where Raj may have met a new potential love interest for himself.

So what is coming up next? Think along the lines of “The Friendship Turbulence.” This is the episode of the show airing a week after its return to TV (which you can see a preview for here) on March 6, and based on the synopsis below, we could see more of Raj’s adventures in romance. Not only that, but we could see some sort of journey for Sheldon and Howard. The two are going to be traveling to Houston together, and it doesn’t sound like things are going to particularly well:

“After the insults fly, Bernadette tries to broker the peace between Wolowitz and Sheldon. Meanwhile, Penny is offered an embarrassing movie role and Raj asks Amy to write to a woman on his behalf.”

The awkwardness between Sheldon and Howard has been one of those stories that has been brimming under the surface since almost the beginning of the series. In a way, Howard has been an outsider in his group of friends since he, unlike Sheldon, Raj, and Leonard, doesn’t have that Ph.D … and Sheldon reminds him of that all the time. However, he now has fulfilled every geek’s dream (or at least the cool ones) come true of going to space. Who would have predicted that at the start of the series? Sheldon obviously has a part of him that is jealous of that, even if he will not fully admit it.
