‘The Originals’ spoilers: Flashback to 1919 again … with Joseph Morgan’s Klaus?

Meet the cast -The Originals” is definitely teaching us one thing at the moment: They are really quite a bit fan of the year 1919. We are going to see quite a bit of this coming up in the next new episode, but the focus there is going to be from the vantage point seemingly of Claire Holt’s Rebekah. We’ll learn a thing or two about her days working as a nurse alongside Genevieve, and how some of what happened there really is going to influence the present in a pretty substantial way.

So moving forward from there, the show’s March 4 episode, entitled “Le Grand Guignol,” is going to bring us all sorts of good stuff in between some opera scenes, werewolf drama, and Klaus trying to show a different side of life during that time versus what we see from Rebekah. Just be sure to check out the official synopsis:

“In a series of flashbacks to 1919, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) opens up to Cami (Leah Pipes) and reveals details of the devastating secret Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) were trying to keep from him. Elijah (Daniel Gillies) forms an unlikely alliance with Monique (guest star Yasmine Al Bustami) and asks for her help in locating Sabine (guest star Shannon Kane.) Elsewhere, Thierry (guest star Callard Harris) is reluctant to get involved when Marcel and Rebekah approach him with a plan to take down the witches. Meanwhile, in the bayou, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) is at her wits’ end and holds Sabine hostage in an attempt to get information that will reverse the curse on Phoebe’s werewolf clan.”

There’s a lot of great of big things that are coming up for these characters, and the best thing to think of is this: There is going to be so much more craziness moving beyond this. If this is what is happening in March, imagine what is coming up in May.

What do you think about the idea behind this one, and are you down for seeing more Klaus – Cami scenes to the same level that we are? Share below! Also, click here if you want to see some photos from the show’s February 24 return to TV, or here to sign up for our CarterMatt Newsletter.
