‘How I Met Your Mother’ season 9, episode 17 video: Barney’s drunken escapades

“How I Met Your Mother” is airing another new episode on Monday night, and what we are going to see here is getting the opportunity to see the aftermath of Barney’s drunken escapades. The last time that we saw the character, he was basically so inebriated that he was not really able to form complete sentences at all. That was horrible for most everyone that has to come in contact with him, though at the same time, it is pretty darn entertaining for us.

Now, we have what comes next in “Sunrise.” Barney is basically wandering around the outskirts of the Farhampton Inn both extremely drunk and delirious, and in the video below, he decides impulsively to try and take a few young men under his wing. Unfortunately for him, that ends very quickly when he promptly vomits on them the moment that he says that they are about to do something great.

There isn’t really much tension at all in the video, mostly because you know that when the dust settles, everything is going to be okay. After all, we have seen already that Barney is at the church in plenty of time to be married, and that is where some of the nerves are going to start to come into play for him. We still predict a happy ending for the couple, though, mostly because anything else would be incredibly sad to see at the end of the day.
