‘Glee’ season 5 spoilers: Lea Michele posts 100th episode photo with Kristin Chenoweth

Is Rachel Berry heading back to Lima for the 100th episode of “Glee“? That is at least the impression that we get from the new photo posted on Twitter by Lea Michele, which features not only a performance from the famed choir room, but appearances from everyone from April Rhodes (the returning Kristin Chenoweth), Will (Matthew Morrison), and even Brad the Piano Guy.

This image features Rachel from a few separate angles, and is obviously performing something. What kind of hint can we give you? Let’s start with the obvious one that it is a song that you have heard before on the show. This is being cultivated into a sort of Greatest Hits episode, at least in that popular songs from the show’s past are being done again. The only difference now is that some of these songs are being done by different people than who performed them the first time around. Therefore, you don’t just have to look into the Rachel song catalogue when making a decision.

As for what brings everyone back to Lima in the first place, early rumors about the story for this episode suggest that we are getting dangerously close to seeing McKinley High’s glee club shut down for good. Now that she is Principal, Sue Sylvester has so much more power than she ever had before; while we don’t quite understand the logic of a program ending when it won a state championship, this is also “Glee.” There is very little when it comes to this show that we can say makes complete and total sense.

Some of the other guests, in case you haven’t heard already, include Gwyneth Paltrow, Dianna Agron, Heather Morris, Harry Shum Jr., Amber Riley, and Mark Salling. Naya Rivera has already promised for those of you Unholy Trinity fans that there will in fact be a reunion.
