‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2, episode 9 video: Is Cat and Vincent’s ‘ending’ here?
Monday night on The CW, “Beauty and the Beast” returns with new episodes! Excited? While you may be right now, the sneak peek below may wash some of that smile off of your face.
In this video (which comes to us via Entertainment Weekly), you can see what is a much-needed confrontation between Cat and Vincent over what happened in the fall finale. Remember what Catherine did to him? Basically, she shot him not out of malice, but of a need to try to ensure that she did what was in her mind the right thing. Her father is now locked up, but she had to make sure that he was not killed before she had an opportunity to arrest him.
Vincent is clearly still reeling from his wounds that Cat gave him, and there is a major difference of opinion there as the two come to some sort of agreement that there really is not that big of a need for one to look after the other anymore. In some ways, this may actually be a relief for Cat. She’s spent so much time over the past few weeks trying to protect and make sure that Vincent is safe, and she can at least relish in the fact that he is still alive.
But both of these characters could possibly move forward with some new and pretty surprising love interests. For Cat, Gabe is going to be a big part of the upcoming episode. As for Vincent, there is always Tori … and the two have already kissed this season.
What do you think about this video, and do you think that there is any way for Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan’s characters to be able to get past all of this? Share some of your thoughts below, and click here if you want to check out some more scoop on what lies ahead!

Sad scene and I believe this episode is a turning point for VinCat, but come on we all know what will happen. They will have some time apart as a couple but will be working together on some case or other. They will have other love interest such as Gabe or Tori for a couple of episodes but it will be difficult for VinCat to deny their feelings for each other and in between we get to see lots of beastly action, I mean apart from the relationship:-) Cant wait to watch the rest of season two and what a great win at People Choice Awards. This show is so underrated and pity more people don’t give it a try and I know some viewers hate the direction the show is taking this season, especially with the romance between VInCat. I love this modern version as have drama, suspense, action, twists, turns, new faces and not forgetting romance too. Hopefully we get to see the entire season two and if it get cancelled I will not be surprised due to ratings. At least we got two good seasons and it will be a happy ending at the end:-)
