Are you ready for “Sherlock” season 3 to come on the air? Well, you are going to get an opportunity to see it in action very soon! The official premiere date for the season is New Year’s Day in the UK, and even if you are in America, the date of January 19 still is not that far away. Either way, you will have a chance to see Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, and the rest of the cast in a way that does not require suffering in the same way that you have much of the past two years. (It’s been a long wait.)
After watching the video below, you may have more of a reason than ever before to be excited. In it, you have the opportunity to see the likes of such people as Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, and the show’s producers / creators discuss some of the themes of the upcoming three episodes.
1. Expect Watson to have a much harder time forgiving Sherlock for his “death” on the show than in some past versions of the story. This will be a theme pretty much throughout.
2. Meanwhile, this season will in part be about how Sherlock has to learn to understand change, and how his own social limitations need changing if he wants to fit back into a world that he left behind.
3. As you may know already, there is a new villain that has found its way into the proceedings.
4. Directors interested in continuing to innovate in the television medium, and give you something exciting that you may not have seen before.
In the end, the biggest thing that you can expect to see is really another reminder as to why you enjoyed this show so much in the first place. You already have one of the best shows on TV, and there is really not that much you need to do in order to have people falling in love with your product.
