‘Bones’ season 9, episode 1 preview: Booth’s ‘confession’ … at a bar

Remember all of the news about “Bones” featuring an ex-priest as a major part of the storyline? If you want to know more then you don’t have to look any further! As you can see in the video below, Booth is going to meet up with the man named Aldo Coulter (played by Mather Zickel) in an effort to get his life back on track.

Booth arrives to his bar in the sneak peek video below, claiming that he has some sort of confession to make. Aldo laughs at him more or less, saying that he is not a priest anymore, but still invites him to open up and talk about it. For the time being, though, all Booth will unfortunately say is that he lied to the woman that he loves, and he wants to figure out a way in which to fix it.

Of course, this situation to Aldo seems much simpler than it really is, thanks mostly to him not knowing the severity of it … and Booth can’t really even tell him that. This is the reason why he asks him if there is some sort of room nearby that does not contain any sort of electronic frequency, that way they can actually have some sort of honest conversation and share some of the information that he has on his mind.

As for whether or not this will work, it’s given that Booth and Brennan will be married at some point during season 9. The only major mystery here is whether or not the Aldo character really plays that big of a role in setting it up.
