‘Bones’ season 9 spoilers: David Boreanaz on Booth / Brennan wedding, Cyndi Lauper’s return

Given that the wedding episode of “Bones” season 9 is currently shooting, it only makes sense that now would be the time when some would start to curiously ask all sorts of questions regarding what happens during the episode. While we can confirm that the wedding does happen, who’s to say that it won’t be completely insane in the process? Based on what we are hearing now, it definitely will be.

Speaking about this episode in a chat with E! News, David Boreanaz made it extremely clear just how insane of an episode of TV that we are really going to be looking at here:

“We shot some scenes today with Parker and he’s going to be back and I know that all the fans are going to be excited about that. Hank Booth is back and we did a funny scene today with chili and eggs and tuxedoes being stained and stuff like that. It’s going to be exciting. I do know that things are going to burn down and Cyndi Lauper is going to be there and it’s going to be a fun time.”

While some of the less diehard fans may raise an eyebrow at the name Cyndi Lauper, she has appeared in two episodes already, including the 150th one “The Ghost in the Machine” that aired in 2012. Nonetheless, it’s always nice to see a little bit more of Cyndi on the show, and we expect that there are going to be plenty more guests who surprise you at the ceremony.
