‘The Good Wife’ season 4, episode 17 preview: Eli, Alicia face off

Based on what we are seeing right now, Sunday night’s new episode of “The Good Wife” season 4 is going to be an eventful one for a number of reasons, and one of them is getting the opportunity to see some sort of face-to-face battle between Alicia and Eli over what a certain campaign aide is telling her son.

So what is going to happen as a result of this? Basically, it is going to thrust her into a position where her lenses are a little bit blurred, and she has to think of herself as a mother before everything else. When she is supposed to on the job and helping to oversee a smooth campaign, this blurs the lines a little bit, and could of course make her a little less effective.

Unfortunately, there have been problems related to Eli more or less ever since T.R. Knight first showed up on the scene. We don’t fully know everything about him just yet, including what makes him tick, and this causes him to be a very difficult character to read. At the same time, don’t you have to give this guy a massive round of applause for his TV comeback? While this is not Knight’s first gig since he departed “Grey’s Anatomy,” it is certainly his most notable, and we can only hope that it will lead to some more great opportunities for him a little bit further on down the line.
