‘The Bachelor’ finale spoilers: Sean Lowe and the letter hyped up one more time
Even though “The Bachelor” finale is now just mere hours rather than days away, the producers behind the ABC show are clenching that story regarding the letter as tightly as humanly possible. Ever since the midway point of this season, we have seen this thing hyped up almost like it is going to be the emotional equivalent of seeing Bambi’s mother dying. What is in the letter, and who wrote the letter, and why did they write the letter? All are worthy questions, as is why Sean says in the new preview below that the woman that he is waiting for “should have been” to the site of the potential proposal sooner.
Ultimately, we are still banking on the idea that the letter is being overblown, mostly because we would be seeing more than we are in the previews if this was otherwise the case. It does help to raise an interesting point, though: while Sean does want to propose to the woman of his dreams, are they going to be ready to do the same? Over the course of the past several weeks, these people have been on one of the most-romantic journeys ever; but sooner or later, we are going to arrive at the crossroads of this and real life, and you have to question if things will work out in the real world.
We have already stressed that Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter could be ladies that Sean could have a long and happy life with, and we should find out during the “After the Final Rose” special just how big of an impact this letter really has. The only major clue we have as to its contents is that, per executive producer Mike Fleiss, it will end up bleeding into the live aftershow in some shape or form.
Do you think that this letter is really going to have any of the impact that the show is promising at the moment? If you want to see where we’ve ranked the final two ladies going into this episode, you can do so over at the link here.
