‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 spoilers: Meet Kirk and Hilda!

With production under way for the sixth season of “The Walking Dead,” of course we are starting to get some information about new characters! The producers try to keep things under wraps for as long as they can, but come a certain point, that tends to not work out anymore.

According to a new report from E! News, we are going to meet two new characters at some point before the show gets too deep into its run. One of them is going to be a one-time blue-collar worker by the name of Kirk. He was someone who had a pretty even-keeled demeanor and was the sort of guy you could traditionally trust. However, things for him changed at least a little bit come the time of the zombie apocalypse. Since then, he has come to be a little more self-serving, though you are left to wonder whether or not he has a good reason for that given the destitute state of the world right now.

Meanwhile, Hilda is a “strong woman” who will be seen alongside Kirk, but there is not too much else known about her for the time being.

One thing that we should note for the time being is that neither one of these characters may necessarily be named what they are here on the show, given that it is a common practice for “The Walking Dead” to try to mask identities of people who turn up in the comic series. Granted, if they are entirely new to the universe of the TV show, then we imagine that it really does not matter to the same extent.
