‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: Debating ‘Shattered Sight’
“Once Upon a Time” has definitely gone with a very specific sort of imagery for most of its season 4 episode titles, and that includes references to either “Frozen,” snow, or glass for some reason. Maybe the later is a reference to the fact that we’ve got Giancarlo Esposito finally working his way back into the picture this season.
What we have for you today is confirmation, per the tweet below from co-creator Adam Horowitz, that the upcoming tenth episode is entitled “Shattered Sight.” That brings the mirror into question again, though it could also be interpreted as some of the ice starting to fall apart. This is around when the “Frozen” story could be starting to come to a close, given that we imagine the last episode or two of the fall serving as a transition-of-sorts to what is coming in the second half with Maleficent and everything else the writers are planning.

At some point in here, we are likely to find out more of the Snow Queen’s past, and it would definitely not surprise us if there are some more notes in here from the original fairy-tale that was the inspiration for the “Frozen” movie in the first place. This is really a nice way to combine the two worlds.
