ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Which ‘Pretty Little Liars’ alum is stopping by?

Yesterday, we shared some of the first details regarding the upcoming “Castle” season 6 episode entitled “Law & Boarder,” and we now have some casting information regarding one familiar face you will see for sure in this hour.

In the official press release for this episode (which airs on Monday, April 28), “Pretty Little Liars” alum Yani Gellman (who you know otherwise for his role as Officer Garrett) is listed as playing the role of Manny Castro. There are not further details revealed on the specific role, but the full synopsis adds a few more hints about the episode that we did not have previously:

“When an up-and-coming professional skateboarder is gunned down by a mysterious motorcyclist, Castle and Beckett are thrust into the world of extreme sports, where the death defying stunts aren’t the only thing that’s dangerous.”

This episode at least does sound fun, but we could definitely understand if there is a little bit of backlash and/or concern. The biggest reason for that is merely thanks to the fact that this is the 21st episode of the entire season, and there is not exactly a whole not of story left to tell at the time that this one is over. You have only two episodes to get the Castle / Beckett story tied up, and then there is also the story regarding Senator Bracken and 3XK. While we would be shocked if both of those have some sort of resolution by the end of the season, it’s going to be a major letdown if neither of them are. (Plus, the show has not even been officially renewed yet.)
