ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion, and ‘Law & Broader’

For most of the past several weeks, our “Castle” talk, when it comes to specific episode scoop, has been mostly limited to “That 70’s Show.” Blame the scheduling for that, in addition to the fact that ABC does not tend to give away many details about the stories ahead.

Luckily, we can at least give you a few more hints now regarding “Law & Boarder,” which is the very humorously-named episode that will come on the air Monday, April 28. This is not one that, at least in theory, seems to be revolving around the Caskett wedding or any of the other major stories of the season. Instead, it is more geared around a standalone mystery that brings extreme sports into the mix. Take a look at the full synopsis (via SpoilerTV) below:

“Castle and Beckett delve into the world of extreme sports when a mysterious motorcyclist shoots an up-and-coming professional skateboarder.”

If this gives us an opportunity to see either Nathan Fillion or Stana Katic on a skateboard, then it may be safe to say that this episode will be a win, regardless of how many further details about the wedding it gives away. Even with that being said, though, we do hope that the show remembers that we do want to get somewhere further down that road eventually. This wedding is the meat of the season so far, and it has been relegated mostly to just the beginning and end of various stories. There’s also Senator Bracken and possibly 3XK out there, but who knows if and when they’ll be back? Both have been a part of the tale for years now.
