‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6, episode 4 preview: ‘Wolfsangel,’ meaning, and SAMCRO on edge
Next week’s “Sons of Anarchy” season 6 episode is hopefully going to begin with something that was not fully presented during tonight’s “Poenitentia”: Answers. Is Tara really pregnant, and if so, how will Jax react to the news? Meanwhile, is Tig really about to be at the end courtesy of a showdown with August? Kurt Sutter has said that he likes to compose his seasons in mini-arcs to go along with the larger story, and judging on that, the next two episodes in particular are going to be gigantic when it comes to what takes place moving forward in the rest of the series.
Next week’s episode is entitled “Wolfsangel,” which can be though of as as a form of Nazi paraphernalia, or literally, a trap used at times to catch wolves. (We wrote a full piece about it earlier this year.) As per usual when it comes to this show, the official synopsis barely reveals much at all.
“An attack at the compound leads SOA to seek revenge.”
As for the promo below, it may not reveal too much from a story standpoint, but you can tell that Otto is going to be back around again, and there will also be an epic shootout that leads to a very somber moment at the end when it comes to Charlie Hunnam and company. It is easy to assume the worst, but if there is one thing we have learned over the years, it is this: Never trust a promo to give you something definitive. The producers much prefer you to wait a little while longer.
While this season has been imperfect at times, there is little doubting that Sutter and company have once again composed something compelling, and something that makes us question just how far people will go for their own misguided view of life.
Obviously, we do as always want to read some of your theories on next week’s episode. You can click here for our full review of “Poenitentia.”

Darby’s back! Awesome! I wonder why he’s back though? Perhaps something to do with the guy (Carson I think) that Clay killed in Stockton? Anyways, whatever I’m just glad he’s back. As far as Tig goes it seems to me that he’s only got one way to survive & that’s to tell Marks the truth about Pope, actually no, there is another piece of information that Tig could give up & that’s the fact the Cartel is backed by the C.I.A. Now on to Tara & Wendy, I don’t think that Tara is pregnant I’m not sure how that works into her plan yet but I’m sure we’ll find out soon. Wendy with her fake bruise I think that’s her & Tara’s plan of attack against Gemma. Gemma is going for custody of the boys so Tara & Wendy obviously want to squash that. I’m not sure how it all plays out but maybe it’ll have something to do with the gun that Gemma gave Wendy. That also could be why Tara told Gemma about the pregnancy because given the state of their relationship I think the only reason Tara would tell Gemma is if it was part of a scheme. Maybe Tara knew that Gemma wouldn’t bother Jax about Wendy that night so she would give her a gun to protect herself instead. I don’t know but I’m pretty sure the pregnancy is fake & that gun is going to be used against Gemma somehow. Pretty elaborate scheme I know but it is TV land.

I dont think any of those kut’s (thought i noticed multiple) belong to tig, im thinking maybe Phil and another that im not quite sure about. As for it not being tig, ive noticed Sutter is kinda like George RR Martin, he likes to make you think one thing and then throws you a curve. So maybe August starts to use tig for his own purposes just like with Clay.

I agree.. The cut that’s getting burnt is long sleeve, and Tig’s is cut off, but I can’t think of who wears a long sleeve cut.

Sad to say i was right about Phil, but at least i can get into Sutter’s mind a little bit. Kinda funny though i didnt even know the other guy on the show, never really noticed him before.

I noticed that too! I thought it was just me because I watch a lot of interviews and other things he does with the accent so I just thought I was hearing something. Heck the first two seasons I didn’t even know he was English.
