‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6, episode 21 preview: The first of many
If you are looking for significant plot spoilers from a “Big Bang Theory” promo, there’s probably only one thing that you are going to feel after watching the clip from Thursday night’s “The Closure Alternative”: Disappointment. After all, this is quite possibly one of the least-revealing promos ever released by the show, as there is really no conscious effort whatever to actually tease what is coming up in terms of the story. Instead, what we have is a pretty goofy / entertaining reminder that the show has been in repeats for much of the past two months, and that is rather difficult for many viewers to bear.
Luckily, there is some good news coming out now for “Big Bang Theory” fans everywhere. As we near the start of the May sweeps, the show is going to run through the rest of their new episodes straight through until we arrive at the May 16 finale. Of course, from here the tiresome wait begins until the show returns to CBS with new episodes in late September, and the cycle begins anew.
Since the promo does not really tell you anything at all about the story for this half-hour Thursday, we’ll try to do so here: Sheldon becomes devastated when he realizes that one of his favorites shows has been canceled, and some of his friends have to quickly start to think on their feet a little bit in order to uncover the best way in which to console him. There are really two words to best describe what is going to be coming up: crisis management.
What do you think about this promo, and are you excited for four straight weeks of “Big Bang Theory” fun? If you want to see some early scoop from the upcoming finale, you can do so just by visiting the story over at the link here.
