‘Glee’ season 4, episode 10 preview: Heather Morris, Chord Overstreet turn heads
If you watched Thursday night’s new episode of “Glee” season 4 and are a huge Brittany fan, you may have some very strong reactions to the video that you are about to see. Has she really moved on already from Santana to Sam? While it does appear as though there are some feelings there, it is also fair to say that Naya Rivera’s character is going to very much be on the table for quite a while in the near future.
Sadly, that future does not seem to include next week’s new episode “Glee, Actually,” as Sam actually promises to Heather Morris’ cheerleader in order to have all of his dreams come true before the Mayan Apocalypse. Are they actually going to get married? Although there is a photo of the two parties in some sort of wedding attire, it is really far too early to make any sort of assumptions at all given the fact that there are going to be some dream sequences involved in this hour.
So what will some of our students be dreaming about? It appears as though the “It’s a Wonderful Life” tribute will be done from Artie’s perspective, as he imagines what life would be like for him if he was not in the wheelchair, and if New Directions had never existed. It certainly does not seem like it would be a fun time for any of the characters, as Rachel is now a librarian and Will an alcoholic. (To make matters worse, he is also still married to Terri in this dream world.) Damian McGinty is also going to be coming back this week, but it is unclear just what sort of role he will play.
Ryan Murphy has already expressed that fans of Brittany and Santana and Kurt and Blaine should exercise caution: there is hope that these pairs could get back together, but these things are going to take time. With that in mind, let’s just enjoy the ride for now.
