Supernatural season 15 poster brings all the final-season imagery

Supernatural season 15 is going to be the final one on The CW … and with that, cue all of the emotions now! It’s hard not to feel that way at the moment, given that we’re talking about a show that has been an institution. It’s made you laugh, and there’s a really good chance that it’s made you cry. There are also pretty good odds that you feel at the moment like an honorary member of the Winchester family given how much time that you’ve spent with them.

So how do we feel after viewing the final season poster below? Nostalgic is a good way to put it, given how many different classic images are wedged into here. You’ve got some of the main characters, sure, but also the wings! The Impala is front and center! With the fire and what seems to be the possible presence of stormy skies around the main characters, we also get a good sense of the metaphorical hellfire that is going to rain down on a lot of these characters as we inch ever closer to the season premiere. Just remember what Chuck did at the end of season 14, as he decided that now was the perfect time to unleash ALL sorts of demons and past monsters back on Earth. Sam and Dean almost have to retrace their steps and take out old threats out, while at the same time trying to give the Earth some sort of future.

Suffice it to say, these two guys are going to have a lot on their plate … not that this is going to be fundamentally all that different from anything that we’ve seen on the show before. What is different is what they’re fighting for, plus also the fact that God is now involved in a different way than before.
