NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 12 video: An explosive start to 2019

NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 12 is coming to CBS in just one week’s time, and it’s set to be the first one of the new year. Based on some of what we’re seeing right now, it looks as though producers are set to kick off 2019 with a bang.

While the promo below does not necessarily give you any personal details on what’s coming for the time, it does make it abundantly clear that “The Sound of Silence” is going to feature one of the most-enormous threats that we’ve seen the time try to take on — this time in the form of a weapon of mass destruction that could take the lives of many. The team has to find a way to both resolve this situation while keeping themselves safe in the process — hardly an easy combination of things to do.

Based on the promo alone, though, it feels like this may be the most-explosive episode of the show (pun possibly intended) since the season 10 premiere resolved the big life-or-death cliffhanger. If you like action and characters giving it their all, there’s a good chance that you will like this.

A Densi storyline

While it is not featured in the promo, we do know that there’s some fun, lighthearted stuff coming for Deeks and Kensi within this episode as the two do everything within their power in order to research honeymoon locations. There’s certainly a part of us that isn’t surprised that the honeymoon is getting more focus than the wedding, largely because these two have to be near the top of the list of people who need a little bit of a vacation.

We’re hoping that there are some other relationship stories emphasized in here somewhere, largely because we definitely know there’s some big stuff that we would like to see. Take, for example, getting a chance to see what’s happening with Callen and Anna after what they went through at the hospital in the fall finale. Can we at least get a chance to know that Anna is okay? We of course would like a little bit of something more with Nell and Eric, but we’re also of the fact that there’s some time on that and there isn’t any enormous cliffhanger for the two of them right now.
