‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Swimming in a sea of disbelief

If you think back to many of the potential blindsides on “Big Brother 18” so far this season, there has been a fairly-simple reason why many of them have not worked: James. He is the ultimate wet blanket, the guy who continually gets in the way of such fun because he feels the need to tell everyone that they are going home.

Here’s the good news for those of you who are blindside fans this week: It doesn’t look like that is going to happen. As of right now, James is completely in the dark about Michelle being the target of Nicole’s, and he and Natalie have repeatedly tried to assure her since she was nominated that for now, she is just a pawn. Even though it’s clear to everyone that Nicole and Michelle are not the best of friends, at the same exact time James thinks that evicting her would be a personal decision and Nicole’s not about to do that to her game at this point.

Well, James is wrong, and unless Michelle wins the Veto, odds are she is going home. We’ve already seen James and Natalie discuss not using it if they win, given that doing so may be them making it too obvious to Nicole / Corey that they are extremely close to her. This is smart for them, given that if they were to do this, Nicole would probably make the decision to nominate one of them in their place.

Overall, though, it’s been a fairly quiet night. Paul and Victor feel safe, so when that happens, there’s not a whole lot going on.
