‘Chicago PD’ season 2, episode 21 preview: Sophia Bush’s Lindsay gets tough

Chicago PD -A word to the wise if you are a criminal in Chicago at the moment: We wouldn’t mess with Erin Lindsay. The same goes even if you are a suspect, or just have to sit down for an interview with her.

Based on the evidence in the video below from Wednesday night’s new “Chicago PD” episode, it is too early to ultimately tell one way or another whether or not Sophia Bush’s character is actually trying to interview a suspect or a mere witness to a crime. However, one thing remains virtually the same either way here: This is someone who does not want to go to the station quietly. He protests the idea of being away from his son, who he does not get to see altogether often, until Lindsay ultimately forces him to get up and go with her into the station. The threat she makes to him to embarrass him is cold, and not her usual self.

We do not have to be an expert on psychology, though, to figure out just what is going on here. This for the most part seems to be a mere symptom of the fact that Lindsay is still mourning Nadia, and that is not an easy pill for her to swallow.

While we cannot confirm that things will get worse for the character by the end of the season, you do have to remember what rock bottom for her could be and where she originally came from. It would not be that hard for her to fall back in a bad way.
