‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: Oliver, Felicity, and the world of dreams
Isn’t a small “Arrow” scoop better than no “Arrow” scoop at all? We like to think so, and this is why we are happy here to present at least something rather intriguing courtesy of star Stephen Amell.
Speaking in a new chat with E! News (even if it is a rather short one), Amell confirms that Oliver is going to “dream” about Felicity at some point moving forward. Are they good dreams? Not necessarily, given that he says “maybe nightmares” when asked for a little bit more in the way of information. What could this mean? We are thinking a variety of different things. For example, these dreams could stem from his fear that something could happen to her, or even that she moves on to someone else while she spends her time thinking that he is dead. Each are valid fears psychologically in their own way.
Eventually, we are going to be seeing Oliver and Felicity spending time together again, especially now that we know he is alive. Patience could be the key here, given that there is no indication that he will be back on Wednesday night’s new episode “Midnight City.” We have started to feel more and more over time that these two could be endgame for the show, and if that is the case now, there is probably no rush to get them together.
As we’ve said all along, the real challenge for these two is making the relationship earned for both parties. That’s not something that can happen immediately.
