‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Victoria, Zach, and a destroyed hat
Who knew that “Big Brother” would be spending so much time the past two years dealing with hats of all things. First, you had the issue of Jeremy wiping his butt all over Elissa’s hat last season. Then, you also had then GinaMarie freaking out and treating Nick’s hat as sacred, even if it was technically McCrae’s and he had just borrowed it for some time on the show.
Now, we come to the issue of Zach’s famous pink hat this season … which is not even technically his. In what is hilariously her biggest game move of the summer, Victoria has seemingly destroyed her own pink hat just so that Zach can’t wear it anymore, which is causing him to freak out. Ironically, it was just around a week or so when Victoria said that she had no plans to ever even get the pink hat back from Zach. The way with clothes in “Big Brother” is that they ultimately become more or less community property. That’s why you have Caleb running around in Donny’s overalls and Amber’s bunny slippers, while Zach has also worn one of Amber’s sweaters around most of the past few weeks.
Zach is still going home, and all of this feels completely vindictive and without any sort of recognition that someone is going to be re-entering the game at the time that this is all over. We almost hope that Zach comes back in and promptly wins Head of Household, just so that we can ultimately see what some of the fireworks are going to be.
We’ll have some further news from the live feeds later (if there is major news to report) over at the link here. Meanwhile, sign up today for some more big TV scoop via our CarterMatt Newsletter.

On After Dark last night they spent a great deal of time discussing when and how a jury member would return. It was at the very start of the episode. They are not at all in the dark about this twist and have actually spent a lot of time thinking about it.

It doesn’t seem to have dawned on these houseguests that someone will be coming back to the house from the jury even though Julie, I thought, had given them a strong hint in that direction.
