‘The Fosters’ season 2, episode 10 (summer finale) preview: Callie’s big news

Come Monday night, the summer season for “The Fosters” will be at an end, and we will also have an opportunity to figure out just what the (immediate) future holds for many of these characters.

For Callie, this future is going to very much entail trying to help Girls United in any way possible … and this includes even going to an unlikely source for help. Specifically here, we are talking about Robert Quinn.

In the sneak peek below, Callie reveals to the rest of her family that Robert has agreed to help throw a fundraiser for the group, and she is doing everything that she can to ensure that there is an impact here. This includes trying to get a band to perform, and simply having as many people in attendance as possible.

Is there still a chance that all of this for Rita and the group blows up in her face? If we were Callie, this is what we would continue to worry about. The biggest reason to worry is simply due to the fact that she has not known Robert for very long now, and the odds of him disappointing her are still very high. Also, there is the chance of many other external factors coming in and messing things up.

Let’s just hope that this is an episode that ties the stories together enough to keep us excited for a while. After all, ABC Family is going to keep you waiting for a while until the second half of the season premieres.
