Oscars 2014: Where to watch, live stream the red carpet pre-show
The Academy Awards are one of the biggest events of the entire year, especially if you are one of three people: Someone who loves movies, someone who is in movies, or someone who just loves looking at extremely expensive clothing.
For those of you who fall firmly into the latter group, we know more or less what you need today: Information on where you can watch or live stream the pre-show! There are a number of different ways in which you can do so, but we always want to make sure that we present you with options that are going to not only give you the best experience, but do so without damaging the networks who are putting this programming together.
For the most comprehensive coverage of everything red carpet, E! is the place to go. While they may be incredibly cheesy and gratuitous at times with their various camera angles, they know and understand the world of fashion very well and are not going to present you with anything other than a top-of-the-line product. Their coverage on TV starts at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, and you can also expect to see the live stream on their website to start around five minutes before that. If you really only want to see the biggest stars, then we suggest just watching the pre-show on ABC starting at 7:00, or on CTV if you are checking out the awards tonight from Canada.
