‘Masters of Sex’ finale spoilers: First look at ‘Manhigh,’ Bill’s presentation, and more (video)

“Masters of Sex” has delivered on a great first season so far, but there is still a question worth asking: How will it end? While the series is not completely sticking true to every finer detail in Dr. William Masters’ life along with those he worked with (some characters are combined versions of people that he knew), they are of course going to stay true to the most important parts of his story.

Therefore, you have to imagine that eventually, we are going to see Dr. Masters have that big moment where he begins his path to becoming a pioneer in his field… and that will be seen at least in part during the season finale next week. Finally, he will be the point of presenting his study, which is not going to be that well-received. As a matter of fact, many other researchers are going to be up in arms after seeing some of the more graphic video footage.

Not only that, but there’s another problem that he is going to run into: Virginia. She continues to at least be around, and it is going to be more and more difficult to hide the full extent of his relationship with her. For one, there are all of the recorded encounters that they had with the study in the first place, as well as everything else that she contributed to the study, including being the subject of a certain video that Libby and others will question.

Speaking of Mrs. Masters, the baby is coming! But of course, this is coming at the most improbable time imaginable. With her life potentially crumbling before her if the truth fully comes out about her husband’s affair with Virginia, how can she really celebrate having a child in her life?
