‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: the latest on the ever-going Phaedra Parks saga

Relationship trouble on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” just feels in some ways like a constant. While you may not always have people on the show going so far as to break up with their significant others, you still have many of them fighting over various odds and ends.

The latest example of that is going to come via the sneak peek video below, which features Phaedra Parks embarking on what is the latest round of drama with Apollo Nida over some of his past text messages to Kenya Moore. She is right to call him out for it, saying that really the action in itself was something inappropriate for him to be doing in the first place. However, he doesn’t choose to really “apologize” in the conventional manner. Instead, he goes at her for twisting his words, fixating, and for “misinterpreting” some of what was going on. In the end, what we have here amounts to the worst apology ever. There’s no way that Phaedra is ever going to be okay with this, and the fighting could keep going for a while because of it.

But personally, we hope that it ends soon, given that nobody really embodies “entertaining career woman” quite like Phaedra does. In between her mortuary business and some of her other ventures, she’s probably the most unique and creative person across the entire Bravo franchise. We appreciate that, and we want to have her focus more on that than some sort of romantic tiffs with her significant other. Another reason for that is simply because we already have plenty of other people on the show who can fill that role without much of a problem at all.
