‘Hart of Dixie’ season 3 debate: What’s the best new relationship of the season?

Zoe -While we may not be at the midway point just yet of “Hart of Dixie” season 3, we are at least at the stage now where we’ve started to get a sense as to who all of the major characters are. Not only that, but we’ve started to get to the point where there are some relationships that have become a fabric of the show. Sometimes, this means romances; other times, it just means really good friends. There have been both that have formed since the premiere earlier this year, and we’ve to take a look at five of them below while we look to answer the all-important question: Which one of these new pairings for the show is the best? Take a look at our picks, and then vote in the poll at the bottom of the article.

Zoe and Joel – Joel was the sort of character that we feel we were set up in many ways to dislike … just because he’s not Wade. He’s like that guy or girl that your best friend is dating, and you really want to judge him negatively. But, it appears in the end (possibly misleading promo here notwithstanding) that he is not really deserving of your scorn.

George and Lynly – It feels at times that this one is staying strong thanks to the forbidden fruit factor of it and mostly because the two didn’t want to tick off Lavon. But there’s a nice, easygoing quality about it that makes things interesting, even though it feels like the writers don’t know what to do with George most of the time.

Lavon and AnnaBeth – This one’s technically from last season, but it still feels somewhat new in comparison to the ‘ships that have been around a while. Why shouldn’t Lavon be with AB? The only other long-term option for him we see is Lemon, and there could be too much baggage there.

Wade and Vivian – This one’s completely brand-new, so it’s hard to say anything about it other that we hope that it’s more interesting than Wade just trying to get at Zoe.

Wade and Joel – Well, a bromance should be considered at least valuable for something. While it doesn’t make a ton of sense that Wade would befriend a guy who’s dating the woman he loves, they’ve had some fun adventures.

Who do you consider to be the best pairing and which relationship do you want to end? Leave us a comment and tell us what you love about this season of “Hart of Dixie”.
