‘Hart of Dixie’ season 3, episode 9 preview: A return date, and a surprise for Rachel Bilson’s Zoe
So how long are you going to be forced to wait before getting an opportunity to watch a new episode of “Hart of Dixie” season 3? Think along the lines of Monday, January 13. This is a good month and a half away, but at least The CW is being kind enough to pick up the season early in the new year. What tends to happen with this network is that there are a number of episodes that will air straight through until the start of March, and then go on hiatus again until around the middle or the end of April. It’ll be interesting to see if the same exact thing happens here.
But let’s not bury the lead too much further here: Is Joel actually cheating on Zoe with … AnnaBeth? This is what a video online (from a site hilariously called Blawker) seems to be suggesting, but we never actually see her face. This is causing Zoe to understandably freak out, but if true, she’s hardly any better given that she kissed Wade in tonight’s episode.
As for some other interesting developments coming up in the new year, Zoe is going to confront Wade about dating her cousin Vivian, which is probably going to be pretty awkward for her when she learns the history that involves Rachel Bilson’s character. Speaking of awkward, what will happen between George and Lynly now that Tansy is going to have a big presence in Bluebell again? It already looks like paranoia is going to settle in here on a certain level for her.
One final question to ponder is just how much more Jaime King you’re going to see in this episode, especially when you consider that she’s surely missing some time soon thanks to maternity leave. Personally, we’re surprised that she has been in as many episodes as she has this fall.
