‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6, episode 11 spoilers: Freeing Ron Perlman’s Clay … or trying to
As for the reason why the club is so desperate now to rescue the man, it really boils down to just one thing: The Irish. They need someone who can assist them in executing their plan, and Clay is one of the most well-equipped to do so. But busting him out of prison is no easy task, and there are so many different elements of it that can go wrong.
It may be after Ron Perlman’s character is freed (if that really happens) that Jax Teller really starts to think about who he wants to assist the most, since right now he is working both the Chinese and also District Attorney Patterson. Only one of these sides can have Galen, and the other is probably going to be plenty angry. One has the power to kill various members of SAMCRO, and the other has the potential to put them in jail for a long time. (We’ve already seen just how much death can happen there.)
While FX was keen to show off plenty of prison photos from Perlman, they were a little less interested in showing off what happens next for Tara, which may be the most intriguing part of this past episode “Huang Wu” for most. She has to figure out where she wants to go from here now that she has realized just how alone she truly is; there are not many options for her, and none of them seem to end with her spending more time with the children.
Do you think that the club is really going to be successful in getting Clay to do what they want, or are you still nervous that the guy is even going to live to be an asset in the first place?
