NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2, episode 9 preview: Will the secret to the power be revealed?

On Wednesday night’s “Revolution” season 2 episode, there were many surprises that were in store for us. Not only did we get an opportunity to see the further extent of Aaron’s powers (which do in turn make him everyone’s favorite pawn), but we also had an opportunity here to see Gene make a choice that could have had terrible ramifications for him, therefore causing him to be somewhat redeemed for the mountain of terrible things that he did already.

So moving forward into next week, we have an attempt by Charlie and Rachel to try to rescue Aaron from his new captor, which is not going to be that easy in theory. However, it will not take very long at all to realize that there are a sea of bodies all over the place, and something very strange has gone on here.

Before we get to sharing the biggest teaser of all for this episode, let’s start by sharing the full synopsis from this hour:

“Charlie demonstrates to Rachel how much she has matured; Neville issues Jason a proclamation.”

Now, we turn again to the major spoiler in the promo: The secret to the power is going to finally be revealed! Does this mean that we will understand what is going on with Aaron, or what could be done to bring it back this time? Hopefully, there will be answers to a little bit of both. At least the writers aren’t taking there time to give us some more answers here. Odds are, this is probably going to be the final season for the show unless it pulls off some sort of miracle rise in the ratings, and in giving us some big stories over time, we will at least have a feeling that we are progressively finding out more and more in the way of valuable information rather than getting it all jammed down our throat in the finale.
