‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 14 preview: Watch an Ashley Benson, Janel Parrish scene

Where in the world is Mona? You may have been wondering that when watching the strange “Pretty Little Liars” Halloween special last night. This was a show that really felt just as much of an episode of “Ravenswood” as it did anything else, as there was no Toby, no Mona, no parents of any sort, and only a tiny bit of Ezra to remind us that the cliffhanger from the summer about him being “A” still stands. The major purpose of the episode was to make it clear that Ali really did fake her own death, and is running around as Red Coat for the time being.

Luckily, the show’s first episode back is going to provide a little bit more insight starting on January 7 into what some of the other characters are up to, especially when it comes to Mona. So why is she not going to be particularly happy with some of the girls? As Janel Parrish’s character explains in the video below, she will not be pleased with the fact that Hanna (Ashley Benson) is not letting her in on a secret. Wanna guess which one?

Given what we know about Mona at this point, we can’t really blame Hanna for hiding anything and everything from this woman. We know very well already that she is teetering on insane much of the time, and she also has a history of burning bridges, rebuilding them, and burning them again. While Mona may be someone you want on your side, the best-case scenario really should just be trying your best to make it clear to her that there really is no secret that you need to hide in the first place. Is this easier said then done? Definitely, but you have to at least put forth the effort.
