‘Sons of Anarchy’: Charlie Hunnam quits ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ movie: Matt Bomer trends online

Jax -Is Charlie Hunnam quitting “Fifty Shades of Grey“? Shockingly the answer to this question is a very surprising “yes.”

In news that has certainly shaken the world of entertainment, and also creates hysteria for all of the media outlets who rode this story like it was a locomotive going across the entire United States, multiple sources state that the “Sons of Anarchy” star has been forced to drop out of the role due to a crazy television schedule. You already know about his role on the Kurt Sutter FX drama, which is currently shooting its season finale; however, some new complications have come up following the initial announcement that have changed the game in a major way.

So where does the film go from here? That is a pretty interesting question, since they are going to have to do a headless chicken dance until they find the next Christian Grey actor to step into the role. This news was stunning to everyone, given that it was only a few days ago that his “Sons of Anarchy” co-stars were congratulating him on the booking and talking about how he would handle the role. Also, women had been hilariously sending him underwear for some time now, and even the show’s set had become inundated with paparazzi and fans of the books. What we are trying to say here is that he has already been treated like a major movie star.

It is back to the drawing board now for the rest of the franchise, which is going to lead yet again to all sorts of speculation about other actors. “Matt Bomer” trended online on Twitter a mere matter of minutes after the news first broke, which isn’t that surprising given that there was a massive contingent of people who wanted to see him landing the part in the first place. There were some other candidates, as well, and we’ll have a little bit more on this very soon about what comes next for the franchise, at least when it comes to picking some more names from the world of TV. (The insanity begins anew!)

Be sure to share all of your stunned reaction to this news with a comment below, and we’re going to have more when it becomes official. Meanwhile, click here to see some more of what is coming up on “Sons of Anarchy” season 6.
