‘Supernatural’ season 9, episode 2 preview: Abaddon returns, Crowley in trouble

Take a look -Next week, “Supernatural” will be back on again with an episode that will at least feature a slightly different focus than what we saw during tonight’s premiere. For one, Castiel will be nowhere to be seen as he tries to figure out just what a human is supposed to do and act like (which we personally still think would be a great subject for either a spin-off or a web series); also, Crowley is actually going to be in a different position rather than in the trunk of a car.

“Devil May Care” is going to focus on Sam and Dean trying to figure out where they go from here, and it involves the King of Hell’s resurgence … and him also finding a new enemy for himself. Abaddon is set to return this week despite having some pretty terrible things happen to her in the past, and she is going to be none too pleased that someone less pure than herself is ruling the underworld. Therefore, get ready to see an entertaining battle of the ages.

Take a look at the full synopsis from the episode below, which also features the return of another favorite in Kevin:

“Dean (Jensen Ackles) shocks Sam (Jared Padalecki) by popping open the trunk of the Impala and showing him that he has kidnapped Crowley (Mark Sheppard). Kevin (guest star Osric Chau) freaks out when he sees the King of Hell, but Sam and Dean convince him that they need Crowley to find the demons on Earth. Meanwhile, Abaddon (guest star Alaina Huffman) re-emerges and plans to take over Hell.”
