We understand that some TV buffs out there have a genuine fascination with pretty much all facets of a show, and with that in mind, we’re pleased to present here something that “NCIS: Los Angeles” fans may be very excited to see: The brand-new opening title sequence for the show! While it may be simple, it’s yet another flashy way to introduce the show and the characters … and it really does not try to mask even in the slightest that what you are looking at here is a work of action entertainment.
There is not entirely anything within this preview that we can sit here and say reinvents the wheel; heck, it feels much like the intro to any other action show on TV. So why do we care? Mostly because it’s a nice little Easter egg for those who have been watching since the beginning.
Many shows do change their opening sequence a few years into their run, especially if it is one that incorporates footage from the action show itself into it. After all, you don’t want to date yourself too much with the beginning of the show, especially if you are introducing new characters or saying goodbye to other ones. As another edition to the “NCIS” franchise is showing now, change is very much a part of the world.
Do you like the new title sequence that the show has come up with? We want to hear some of your thoughts below! Meanwhile, be sure to click here if you do want to see some more details all about whether or not Kim Raver, who appeared briefly in the “Red” spin-off pilot, could return to the show.
The new season of “NCIS: Los Angeles” premieres on Tuesday night, and of course we are going to have even more scoop before that time. Stay tuned.
