‘Big Brother 15’ aftermath: Union Pacific releases new statement on Spencer Clawson’s status

The latest -In the wake of some new interviews with Spencer Clawson following his time on “Big Brother 15,” Union Pacific has chose to release yet another statement when it comes to the employment status of the controversial houseguest. And while the company has taken a pretty hard-line stance on him in the past, you could argue that they do not seem to be particularly clear about whether or not he will be returning to work anytime in the near future. (Originally, Spencer said on the live feeds that he was going to be returning to work next month following his Leave of Absence at the railroad.)

Take a look at the full statement below:

“Prior to Spencer Clawson being allowed to return from his Leave of Absence to active duty with Union Pacific Railroad, a formal investigation will be held under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement to determine the facts involving Mr. Clawson’s behavior on the Big Brother television show and online live feed. Based on the results of the investigation, Union Pacific will determine the appropriate action regarding Mr. Clawson’s employment status.”

Spencer made it clear during his backyard chat with Jeff Schroeder last night that the union has been apparently fighting for him to keep his job, and he is hoping to be able to go back to a normal life doing something that he claims to enjoy.

During his time in the house, just in case you somehow missed it, Spencer came under fire for a series of offensive and at times misogynistic comments, which he has since tried to say were just jokes. The same goes for a particularly lewd moment where he spoke into McCrae’s microphone and acted like he was obsessed with something related to children.
