‘Basketball Wives’ season 5, episode 5 review: Tami Roman, Evelyn Lozada at odds … again

The latest -Stop us when this sounds familiar: On tonight’s all-new episode of “Basketball Wives,” we bore witness to yet another fight. There was plenty of yelling and screaming, hands getting put up in other people’s faces, and a freakout over a weave bar that was not going as planned.

You could very well subtitle this entire episode “let’s watch Tasha Marbury be stressed out” since that is what we watched for most of the hour. After this weave bar freakout, her and Evelyn Lozada finished the episode with a back-and-forth dispute that stemmed in part from comments that they both made about each other that eventually circulated back around. It was basically a pretty silly argument, especially since this was really the first time since the premiere that all of these people even got back together in the first place.

This incident happened after there was a similar argument between Tami Roman and Evelyn, which was mostly pushed along thanks to the way in which these two speak to each other. You see, Tami’s been seeing a life coach to work on some of her issues … but that doesn’t really seem to be working out too well.

We feel like the good news after watching this episode is merely that there seems to be progress for Evelyn as she starts to move past some of the tragedy that has befallen her as of late. She is ready to move forward and away from her past with Chad Johnson. So how about some applause for that?
