‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ preview: Jacqueline Laurita confronts public-speaking fears

Get ready -There are some things that we never imagined seeing at the start of this “Real Housewives of New Jersey” season, and we have to admit that one of them is the thought of Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice actually working together on anything. These are women who spent the better part of the year pretending that the other one was a ghost, and now they are trying to actually help each other out? We know that it’s a startling thought, but it just so happens to also be the truth.

In the video below, you can get a little bit of a better sense as to just what we are talking about here. Jacqueline is suffering some serious anxiety at the thought of going up and speaking about dealing with her son’s autism, and then Teresa starts to try and offer her up some advice as to how to deal with it.

Yes, we realize that this could in some ways be the blind leading the blind, which is why we see Jacqueline’s husband Chris laughing to himself about it in a confessional, but isn’t it nice that they are at least doing something together? It’s better overall than what they have mostly been doing over the past season and a half.

As for just how long this new found friendship really lasts, that is something we are a little bit more skeptical about. Just remember here that there is history, and whenever it seems like we are on the road to some peace coming back into the world, these people find a way to mess things up yet again.
