‘New Girl’ season 3 video: Watch a Nick / Jess scene from the premiere

If you have been waiting all summer to see more of “New Girl” on Fox, the good news to share today is that we are pretty close now to the waiting period being over. A week from Tuesday, the show is going to return to Fox with an episode entitled “All In” that really serves to ask the following question: Can Nick and Jess really function as a couple, or is this the sort of thing that is doomed to fail between two socially-awkward roommates?

It’s going to be a while before we find out an answer to this question, mostly because no relationship knows it fare early on, but in the sneak peek video below for the September 17 episode, you can see Nick and Jess engaging in what is at least seemingly a nice moment for the two inside of a car. It’s the classic case of an indecisive couple, who goes through a lot of options before ultimately deciding that they are better off going home instead.

One of the other stories during this premiere, Nick and Jess are going to attempt to go on some sort of “romantic” getaway to Mexico, only to later run into a whole mess of trouble for a variety of reasons. Nick is going to have some difficulty with the authorities, and it is going to take the help of Schmidt and Winston in order to potentially save him from himself.
