‘Real Housewives of Miami’ preview: Lea Black’s gala and decisions, decisions

Did you watch? -For Monday night’s new episode of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” there will of course be something that you have surely grown rather accustomed to seeing on the show at this point: Drama, and plenty of it. There will be fighting, just as there will also be plenty of reasons for everyone to question loyalty, debate over specifics, and make and break friendships.

If we were to look at this as some sort of elaborate wrestling match, than the main event would be as follows: The decision whether or not attend an major gala held by Lea Black, or do something very different instead or go and watch a gay polo match first and make it into the priority. If you want to read more, just take a look at the official synopsis from Bravo:

“Lea’s annual Gala has arrived, but this year not all of the ladies wish to RSVP. Peacekeeper Alexia secretly struggles to commit to an alliance, joining one side for a fabulous day at a Gay Polo match and planning to meet the other later at the Gala. Meanwhile, Lisa copes with the realization that she needs a surrogate if she wants a baby soon, but Lenny’s insensitive attitude isn’t sitting well with her.”

If we were to really interject some of our own personal preference into this debate, we would say this beyond the shadow of a doubt: Attending a gay polo event seems like a lot more fun. The atmosphere is much more relaxed, and it does not have the word “gala” attached to it in any way.
