‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ reunion preview: Alexis Bellino on Tamra Barney party

If you remember back to the early part of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” this season, the show wasted an incredible amount of time dealing with something that, at the end of the day, was really not exactly that important in the context of the season: That gym opening party for Tamra Barney. Basically, the real story of it was that nobody save for Vicki Gunvalson really wanted Alexis Bellino to be there, but she showed up claiming that she wanted to have a fresh start.

In the video below from tomorrow’s reunion show, this entire situation is going to be hashed out, with Alexis continuing to stress that she arrived at this event with nothing but the best of intentions, only to feel basically piled on by everyone. This eventually turns into a fight between her and Gretchen Rossi rather than her and Tamra, where she accuses Gretchen of being a liar.

In a way, we get what Alexis is saying here, given that she is constantly on the outside and is occasionally ganged-up on. However, nobody is forcing her to be at this party; she signed up for the show, and the paycheck should compensate for any of the silly drama that she has to deal with. Would it be nicer for her if people actually treated her with some shred of kindness at times? Sure, but you don’t always get what you want in this world.
