‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ reunion preview: Gretchen Rossi vs. Heather Dubrow, again

Real HousewivesFor the second part of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” reunion airing Monday night on Bravo, the tone is going to be “aggressive”. There will be many fights, many tears, and also many examples of ladies being overly defensive. The word “bully” will be overused as it is time and time again these days, and somewhere in the middle of all this, Gretchen Rossi will cry and then be berated for it. Yes, that’s what we have come to with some of these ladies.

Based on the official synopsis below courtesy of the network, there are a few very-specific reasons why the women are going to go after her, and it includes some subjects that have already been beaten into the ground time and time again:

“The drama-packed reunion continues as Gretchen faces off against the other ladies about Tamra’s wedding dress shopping and the accusation that Gretchen tried to force Alexis out of the festivities. Heather confronts Gretchen about what really happened behind-the-scenes with the ‘Malibu Country’ auditions, and Gretchen is left in tears when the other ladies make shocking accusations about her engagement to Slade”

Yes, that’s right: There is still conversation happening about a gig on a now-canceled sitcom that was really not that important a deal to begin. Even if Gretchen lied, who really cares? She was probably just trying to save face on TV, and there is nothing you really gain from going at her about it. We’re team Heather on most arguments, but continuing this story, even after she already had the role in the show, doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

As for whether or not Gretchen would have proposed to Slade in her grand manner were the cameras not there … THAT is going to make for a much more entertaining hour.
