‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: ‘Broken Dolls’ … and things get creepy

Creepy things come -Just when you hear the words “Broken Dolls” on their own, it’s never a good sign when it refers to what can be coming up in an episode. It’s about as creepy of a name as you can ever expect to see, and it does describe what will be the third episode of “Arrow’s” upcoming second season.

This title, first confirmed by SpoilerTV, represents … well, it represents something. As for what that is, we can only imagine it to be something that ties to a character being cast. The role in question here is Barton, described as being a “creepy” homicidal maniac. This is probably the sort of person that would wander around with a collection of broken dolls in the trunk of their car, possibly crafted out of the bodies of people that he planned on murdering.

While we know already that there is going to be the Suicide Squad appearing this season, along with the arrival of Summer Glau, the show does need some smaller villains to go along with it. After all, there is a lot of story to cover over the course of 22-23 episodes, which means that not everything will be serialized. Heck, there’s already a good 7-8 episodes from season 1 that we have all but forgotten about given how inconsequential they are at the end of the day.

“Arrow” will premiere season 2, just in case you have not heard just yet, on Wednesday, October 9 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
