ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3 spoilers: A time for ‘Confession’

Is anyone else noticing a somewhat-Biblical theme emerging from the series of “Revenge” season 3 episode titles? While the first one in “Fear” seems to be completely innocuous and unrelated to anything, the second episode, “Sin,” is a word that obviously has some enormous spiritual undertones to it.

And what happens when you sin? If you want to be a good Christian, you confess, and thus we have the title for the show’s third episode. According to a new report from SpoilerTV, we are looking at an hour entitled “Confession” that is likely going to be about some people making a few key statements.

So what are some of these confessions going to be? We’re hoping for something along the lines of Victoria Grayson saying something dramatic about her secret son, but there are certainly quite a few skeletons in these characters’ closets. For example, just look at Emily Thorne herself, and the secret that Jack Porter just found out about. Plus, the Graysons have enough skeletons away from the Patrick disaster to really fill up an entire boneyard.

We’ll find out plenty more answers on the subject when “Revenge” returns to ABC on Sunday, September 29 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time; while this is a pretty tireless wait, we imagine that it will still be very much worth it based on everything that we are hearing.
