‘Breaking Bad’ season 5: Bryan Cranston gets a celebratory tattoo!

When you have a huge experience in your life, there is traditionally one thing that you often do to celebrate, if you are of course the daring type: Getting a tattoo! Of course, this is not traditionally the sort of thing actors do, given that they know they will be showing off their body on screen quite a bit over the course of their career, and nobody really wants to go into post-production and have to edit that ink out over and over again.

But when you’re “Breaking Bad” star Bryan Cranston, is anyone really going to care? We think not, mostly because the total amount of awesomeness you bring to the world completely negates any ink that you may have got on your body. Also, it’s lucky in that the ink that Cranston has on his finger, inspired by his part on the show, is really pretty small. In a new interview with E! News  from the show’s season premiere party, you can hear him talk all about it.

Meanwhile, Bryan’s co-star Anna Gunn said that while she may be married to him on the show, she is not going to be joining him in the realm of matching tattoos (which is generally a recommendation that we make for everyone):

“I did not [get one]. I was not around for the tattoo day. I think that’s a good thing because had I been around I’m sure I would have one on the back of my ankle or the back of something else!”

Gunn has already found herself a new gig starring in an original property for Bravo; meanwhile, Cranston is currently working under a new development deal, which could lead to him having another project down the road.
