‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 8 preview: Guess who’s not always blind…

“Deucalion may have lost his eyes, but he is not always blind.”

In the world of cryptic teases, it is pretty darn impossible to not love this big-time morsel from the latest sage to enter the world of “Teen Wolf.” It’s creepy, it’s ominous, and it suggests that our show’s current Big Bad may have secretly stored his eyes in his cane. Is that unlikely? Sure, but it sounds pretty awesome. This is going to be a different sort of episode than anything we have seen before, and there may be a simple reason for that. Rather than seeing Scott and the rest of his pack act somewhat-passive now in the face of danger, they could become more aggressive, and with a pretty good reason in mind.

Unfortunately, those of you hoping for some sort of mind-melting shocker to happen in the clip below are probably going to hear instead that sad “Price Is Right” “you lose” music playing in your brain. Save for the tease that the time for vengeance is here, there’s not really that much to grasp hold of. We almost wish that “Teen Wolf” would actually take a risk for a change with one of their previews, and realize that more people watch this show for the characters and the light and shade, and not just for the action sequences that seem to happen at least once every episode, admittedly in increasingly cool locations.
